Module 1: About Headway Gippsland.
This module provides an overview of Headway Gippsland as an organisation, including our history, background, mission and values, manuals and handbooks, and how we operate in partnership with the NDIS.
Module 2: Foundations of Employment at Headway.
This module provides you with the knowledge to navigate your new role. You will receive essential information such as procedures and manuals, Human Resources and policies, employee benefits and payroll information – to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Module 3: Occupational Health & Safety Training for Support Workers and Related Roles.
This module will equip you with the knowledge and skills to create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for yourself and our clients. It provides the latest policies, procedures and additional resources for you to gain a deeper understanding of safety principles and their application in disability care.
Module 4: NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
In this module, you will be taken to the NDIS website to complete the online training course ‘NDIS Worker Orientation Module.’ You will have the chance to complete this learning and send the certificate to us.
