Our Social Support Groups are welcoming, interactive programs where people can connect with others, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful activities in a supportive environment.
Meeting regularly with others helps participants feel included, build confidence, learn new skills, and stay active in the community. Each group is shaped by the ideas and interests of the people who attend, making every experience unique and enjoyable.
We run Social Support Groups in three locations across Gippsland:
• Morwell
• Trafalgar
• Wonthaggi
Our friendly staff and volunteers create a safe, supportive space where everyone is welcome.
What We Do
Our groups enjoy a wide range of activities. Activities may include:
Catching Up over Coffee
Craft and Art
Cooking
Games and Quizzes
Tenpin Bowling
Barbecues
Kelly Pool Competition
Day Trips and Community Outings

Our Social Support Groups welcome people from all backgrounds and abilities. We celebrate diversity and aim to create a space where everyone feels valued and included.
If you have NDIS funding, you may be able to use your plan to participate in these groups.
