Headway Gippsland Inc. are looking to add an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our friendly team supporting clients across Gippsland. Flexible Part-time options and hybrid working arrangements can be negotiated for the right candidate. This role will be based in Newborough and is 0.8EFT.

As a Support Coordinator in the Headway Gippsland team, you will help our participants get the services they need with compassion and dignity. Centered on the premise of client rights to lead a full and rewarding life, your contributions will actively enhance the physical, intellectual, psychological, social and emotional wellbeing of Headway Gippsland participants.

Please note: All new workers in risk assessed roles for registered NDIS providers will need to get an NDIS Clearance before they can start work.

Appointments are available to Australian Residents or to those who hold the right to work in Australia. Offer of employment is subject to two satisfactory professional reference checks. Applicants will be subject to a probation period of six months. 

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including NDIS Worker Screening. Working With Children Check clearance, and Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations will be required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories. In some instances, pre-employment medical clearance may be requested.

Headway Gippsland Inc. has been providing services to those with acquired brain injuries for the past 35 years. 

The provision of disability services is undergoing major reform and to ensure that Headway Gippsland Inc. can continue to be a leading provider Headway Gippsland Inc. now provides services to persons with disabilities whether the person be young or older.

Although our main office is located in Morwell, we have staff throughout the Gippsland region.
