Jenelle Henry

Chief Executive Officer

Jenelle Henry started as general manager in 2015 with a passion for fairness, honesty and integrity.
Today she is the chief executive officer and has been a driving force behind the organisation’s growth.
“Headway is a fabulous organisation. It’s consumer-driven and it’s constantly evolving and looking for opportunities to make improvements in all that it delivers.”
Outside of work, you might find her in the garden, or renovating.
Jenelle absolutely loves dogs!

Claudia Stow

Executive Assistant

Claudia Stow has been a welcome addition to Headway’s administration team since October 2021.
“I am passionate about working in the community and ensuring everyone has the services they require when they need them.”
The former EA to the CEO at Baw Baw Shire Council brings a fantastic combination of both administration and disability sector experience and qualifications.
Claudia was born in Chile and speaks Spanish but now enjoys west Gippsland life with two dogs, a cat and chickens.

Lora Moulton

Executive Assistant

Lora Moulton started at Headway in 2019 with a Cert IV in Office Administration and a knack for simplifying complex things. As executive assistant she helps make life easier for Headway staff by offering continuity to the internal systems.
“There is a great team that want to see our participants live their best lives. My working-life passion is admin, and I believe our admin team are contributing to these goals behind the scenes.”
Lora lives on a few acres with a couple of horses and a kelpie.

Anne Simmons

Marketing & Communications

Anne Simmons joined the team in 2020 with a desire to share the stories of an organisation that supports people to lead the life they want to live.
“I am passionate about getting the word out there about the aspirations and achievements of people with acquired brain injury and other disability.”
Anne studied a Bachelor of Communication at RMIT University before working at the Latrobe Valley Express and with the ABC as a radio producer.
She likes birdwatching, bushwalking, music and gardening.

Jess Pleydell

Administration Assistant

Jess Pleydell joined Headway in October 2020 to offer the growing team at Sale a range of valuable administration assistance.
She came with experience as an office all-rounder having worked in a broad range of industries including finance, compliance and customer service.
“I chose to work at Headway because of the nature of the work Headway do. I am very people-oriented and I am passionate about helping people in any capacity I can.”
Living a healthy and active lifestyle is important to Jess, who outside of work enjoys strength training and skating.
