Jenelle Henry
Chief Executive Officer
Jenelle Henry started as general manager in 2015 with a passion for fairness, honesty and integrity.
Today she is the chief executive officer and has been a driving force behind the organisation’s growth.
“Headway is a fabulous organisation. It’s consumer-driven and it’s constantly evolving and looking for opportunities to make improvements in all that it delivers.”
Outside of work, you might find her in the garden, or renovating.

Lora Moulton
Executive Assistant
Lora Moulton started at Headway in 2019 with a Cert IV in Office Administration and a knack for simplifying complex things.
Lora helps makes life easier for Headway staff in her role as Executive Assistant. She has a passion for administration and enjoys seeing projects come to life.
“Ours is a great team that want to see our participants live their best lives. My working-life passion is admin, and I believe our team are contributing to their goals behind the scenes.”
Lora lives on a few acres with her animals Noodle (Leo), Charlie, Tango, Buddy, and Angry Bird.

Sonia Vasey
Senior Finance Officer
Sonia Vasey joins Headway Gippsland team in 2026. For the past 7 years, Sonia has worked in the disability sector as a Senior Finance Officer, following over 20 years as a Senior Bookkeeper supporting a range of private businesses.
Sonia has also taught Accounting subjects at Swinburne TAFE and is an ATMA Certified Bookkeeper.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, completing jigsaw puzzles, discovering great local cafés, walking her dog Kobi, and spending time with her two grandsons who also live in Drouin.

Victoria Kee
Finance and Claims Assistant
Victoria Kee joined the Headway Gippsland team in April 2019 and offers valuable assistance in the finance department.
Victoria is qualified in her field with a Cert IV qualification in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
She comes to the role at Headway with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping.
“I enjoy working in finance and contributing to the disability services community.”Outside of work, you might find Victoria out in the garden. She also enjoys spending time with her family, reading and cooking.
