Life Skills Support
Building confidence and independence in everyday life
Our Life Skills Officers work one-to-one with you to support your independence and participation in daily and community life. They focus on helping you develop skills, make choices, and achieve your personal goals.
Life Skills Officers can support you with:
General administration
Shopping assistance
Community access and outings
Meal preparation support
Working towards your personal goals
Support is guided by what you want to achieve — at your pace and in a way that suits you.
Home Care Support
Practical support to help you feel comfortable at home
Our Home Care Workers provide respectful, family-centred support within your home to help you stay comfortable, safe, and supported in your daily routines.
Home Care Workers can assist with:

- 🧼 Cleaning and organising
