Short Notice Cancellation Training
When a shift is cancelled at short notice, this training library provides an opportunity to make productive use of the available time.
These courses have been selected to support your ongoing professional development, strengthen your skills, and enhance your knowledge as a support worker. The topics are practical, relevant, and designed to help you provide safe, effective, and person-centred support to participants.
Employees may be directed to complete relevant training during periods of short notice cancellation. Simply click on a course title below to access the training and begin learning.

Please note that certificates will not be issued automatically upon completion. Headway will review training records and verify that all course requirements have been completed.
Once your training has been successfully completed and verified, certificates will be generated and training hours may then be approved for payment.
