Our support workers are called Life Skills Officers. We are always looking for amazing people across Gippsland who are genuine, caring, positive and ready to go!
These are casual positions with permanent hours. Life Skills Officers are the support professionals who can provide our participants with that positive influence in life to achieve their goals.
We require our professionals to have:
A current driver’s licence
Comprehensive Car Insurance
An updated First Aid & CPR
A Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Certificate III in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent is highly desirable.

New Roles Available - Home Care Workers!
Introducing the new role of Home Care Worker!
Our valued Home Care Workers are responsible for the provision of personal/family-centered care and support for participants to remain living in their homes comfortably by providing in-home assistance.
Tasks may include domestic assistance, general administration and other related duties to support the participant.

Appointments are available to Australian Residents or to those who hold the right to work in Australia. Offer of employment is subject to two satisfactory professional reference checks. Applicants will be subject to a probation period of six months.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including NDIS Worker Screening. Working With Children Check clearance will be required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories. In some instances, pre-employment medical clearance may be requested.
