Exploring Nature Through NDIS Social Support

Community outings are a key part of inclusive NDIS programs. Our South Coasters group recently visited Cranbourne Gardens, enjoying sunshine, beautiful landscapes, and shared experiences outdoors.

These excursions are part of our structured Social Support Groups designed to encourage independence and participation in community life.

Building Confidence Through Community Access

Outings support decision-making skills, confidence, and social development. Participants who receive Support Coordination may include community access activities as part of their NDIS plan goals.

Headway also offers Plan Management services to ensure participants can easily manage funding for these meaningful activities.
